We are happy to provide general advice prior to survey and go over the options or any particular needs you may have, please visit the dedicated what is a survey section of our site.

What type of survey do I need?

All our Chartered Surveyors are highly experienced and commit to Continuing Professional Development/Life Long Learning, whereby they keep up to date with technical developments, the latest surveying practice and techniques.

What happens if you miss something in the survey report?
Whilst we rarely have to call upon our insurance you have the comfort that all our surveyors are fully covered by Professional Indemnity Insurance as required by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

We are happy to provide free general advice to you and your client prior to survey and go over the options or any particular needs you may have, before any commitment on your part.

How quickly will I get the report?
All our administrators and surveyors are focussed on turnaround times. We currently turnaround over 90% of Mortgage Valuations and similar reports in less than 4 days, with an average number of days per job fractionally over 3. More detailed reports are issued on average within 5-7 days.

What do Tyser Greenwood Surveyors offer?
Tyser Greenwood Surveyors are a well-established and hugely experienced firm of Chartered Surveyors based in the South East of England offering our clients national coverage.

As a truly professional firm we have been approved to offer a full range of surveying and valuation services to the rigorous standards that are demanded by corporate clients, such as the major lending institutions, as well as a variety of other professionals. Whether we are working for a corporate client or an individual makes no difference to our commitment to provide the highest possible level of customer care.

We have a stringent Quality Assurance system which has enabled us to achieve ISO 9001 registration.

Where are Tyser Greenwood Surveyors based?
Our central administration centre is based in Croydon, Surrey, just to the South of London, from where we provide full support for all our clients and our surveyors. Our surveyors are primarily home based close to the localities in which they work.

Do you have links with any other Companies?
The parent company of Tyser Greenwood Surveyors is Badger Holdings, which also includes residential sales, lettings & management, land & new homes, financial services, conveyancing and overseas. Therefore we provide a one stop property service.

Who heads up Tyser Greenwood Surveyors?
Richard Kitt, BSc (Hons) is the Managing Director of Tyser Greenwood Surveyors, appointed in January 2007. Responsible for Strategic Planning, Business Development, Marketing & PR, liaison with parent company, heading up the management team and overseeing head office functions.

Richard is supported by our Operations Director, Roger Russ, FRICS; Technical Director, David Tipton, BSc (Hons), MRICS and Compliance Director, David Parlett, MRICS, who are all extremely experienced Chartered Surveyors with many years in the surveying profession.

Are Tyser Greenwood Surveyors regulated by the RICS?
We are regulated by and registered with the RICS. Our company ID number is 023997.

Are Tyser Greenwood Surveyors ISO Accredited?
Our Quality Assurance systems have enabled us to obtain ISO Accreditation. Our registration number is 181854.
